Program Manager

About the Role

Were seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead and coordinate major health sector initiatives within Ontarios Health Services Cluster (HSC) . The role focuses on managing shared service models driving collaboration and ensuring successful delivery of complex IT health-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.

Serve as the primary communication link organizing meetings and ensuring clear consistent updates.

Lead planning coordination and implementation of shared service and modernization initiatives.

Develop project plans track progress manage risks and oversee budgets and deliverables.

Drive process improvement innovation and alignment with strategic business goals.

Ensure compliance with OPS frameworks I&IT standards and AODA requirements.

Deliver executive-level reports insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of program / project management experience with large-scale IT or healthcare initiatives.

Strong background in stakeholder management program governance and risk management.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with interdependencies.

Expertise in PMBOK Agile Waterfall and ITIL methodologies.

Excellent leadership communication and presentation skills.

Experience in public sector environments especially in healthcare programs.

Knowledge of Public Sector Unified I&IT Project Methodology FIPPA PHIPA and AODA .

Bachelors degree in Management IT or a related field; PMP certification preferred .
