Position Summary

Under the general direction of the General Manager, this position is responsible for shift scheduling, tracking and reporting at the site level. Ensures adherence to the Companys policies and procedures, motivat es and leads by example and supports Great Canadians learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Key Accountabilities

• Generates schedules for hourly; prepar es and submits reports
• Administers the on-call and casual lists
• Tracks probationary hours
• Responds to, resolves or escalates issues
• Communicates effectively with all appropriate departments
• Builds strong working rel ationships with guests and team members
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed
