Manager, Student Financial Processing

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) serves York's prospective and current students by supporting recruitment, admissions, registrarial functions, grades, academic standing, financial aid, and student services. The OUR offers a student-centered service from initial contact through to graduation.

The Manager, Student Financial Processing (SFP), under the Director of Student Financial Services, will manage unit operations and improve processes related to student financial aid and student account activity. Leading a team of SFP Assistants, the Manager will foster a student-centered environment to enhance financial accountability and literacy. They will also collaborate with the Student Support & Advising unit to ensure alignment in financial service processing. The Manager, SFP is a student-focused professional who embodies the values of Courage, Connection, and Empathy, promoting service excellence and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). This role collaborates with various university teams to deliver excellent financial processing services to students.
