Zoho Adminstrator

ZOHO ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS :

  • Experienced in a professional environment with strong configuration experience with the Zoho CRM Platform – Does not need to be an absolute expert in Zoho but strong knowledge in support / administration is preferred
  • Specific configuration experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Directory, Zoho Dataprep, and Zoho Analytics applications – understanding of how each individual function of the platform functions
  • Experience configuring the screen flow of Zoho CRM in CANVAS
  • Must possess strong and concise communication skill fit for working with cross functional teams

PLUS SKILLS :

  • Possession of any Zoho Certifications (CRM Administrator Preferred)
  • Any Zoho development experience to help customize the view of the UI
  • ZOHO ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Firstly, this Administrator will need to dive into a knowledge transfer (working with third-party integration firm to learn what has been built)
  • Slowly take on operations responsibilities including day-day user ingestion, user profile management & lead assignment (maintenance only considering automation has been implemented)
  • Work closely with the Product Management / Ownership teams to delivering features from the backlog as needed
