With 20 to 30 team members and a reputation for exceptional results, we specialize in both property maintenance and large-scale construction projects, including pools, interlocking, retaining walls, driveways, and more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of patios, retaining walls, steps, garden beds, water features, and poolscapes
• Supervise and support crew members, including Lead Hands and Labourers
• Coordinate daily tasks, timelines, and materials based on project plans and budgets
• Read and interpret landscape drawings and ensure all work meets design and contractual specifications
• Operate and train others on compactors, skid steers, excavators, saws, and other equipment
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients on progress, delays, and solutions
• Maintain a safe and efficient job site with a strong focus on crew morale and safety
• Perform daily quality checks and ensure all finishing touches meet LP standards
• Track materials used and assist with documentation and reporting
