Lean Six Sigma Manager – Warehouse & Logistics Operations

We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Lean Six Sigma Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives across our warehouse and logistics organization . This is a hands-on, enterprise-level role responsible for implementing Lean Six Sigma principles throughout inbound, outbound, inventory, fulfillment, and 3PL / 4PL logistics workflows.

This role applies structured DMAIC, Kaizen, and Lean Logistics methodologies to reduce waste, eliminate defects, improve flow, and increase productivity. The ideal candidate is obsessed with efficiency— counting steps, touches, time, defects, and cost per order —and translating insight into scalable, repeatable systems supported by strong change management.

Key Responsibilities

Lean Six Sigma Deployment

• Lead the deployment of Lean Six Sigma principles within the warehouse and logistics operations.
• Apply DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and FMEA to identify root causes, eliminate waste, reduce defects, and improve end-to-end flow.
• Drive continuous improvement culture through structured problem-solving and data-backed decision-making.
