Job Overview
This is a temporary seasonal position running from April to October 2026.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor supports the day-to-day operation of the Club’s dining outlets, including the main dining areas, Lakebreeze service outlet, and lakefront patio. The role is responsible for supervising service teams during shifts, ensuring service standards are met, supporting team performance, and contributing to a seamless dining experience for Members and guests.
Hourly wage range : $20.00 - $24.00, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
The following outlines the primary responsibilities of this role, including but not limited to :
Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts across the Club’s dining outlets
Support and lead Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Server Assistants to ensure consistent service standards
Ensure dining rooms, Lakebreeze, and the lakefront patio are service-ready and operating smoothly
Monitor service flow, table pacing, and guest satisfaction during service periods
Address Member concerns professionally and escalate issues as required
Assist with team scheduling, break coordination, and on-shift adjustments
Support training and coaching of Food & Beverage team members
Ensure compliance with Smart Serve, health, safety, and sanitation standards
Assist with opening and closing duties, and POS procedures as required
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to support seamless service execution
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or private club environment is preferred
Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards
Smart Serve Certification – required
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain organized and responsive in a fast-paced service environment
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated commitment to service excellence, teamwork, and professional leadership
