Administrative Assistant

Assignment Description

Provide administrative support to the Cold Lake asset. Professionally assist in day-to-day administrative activities by providing support for multiple tasks across all business units based on requirements for our management team. The candidate will have intermediate to advanced software capabilities for word-processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and employee collaboration. The successful candidate is looking to have a career path as an Administrative Assistant and will continue to grow their skill sets over the course of their career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is a minimum requirement
• Qualified business or administrative assistant diploma / certification or similar designation is an asset
