WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

As the Senior Manager of Portfolio Management & Advanced Analytics, you will be accelerating the evolution of our Performance Management capabilities through insightful reporting and advanced analytics.

Collaborating with our business and technology partners, you will bring trusted counsel and actionable insights to senior leaders in Finance Shared Services.

You will also provide timely actionable insights on key metrics that enable effective challenge and leadership across the function.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Leverage data and analytics to provide robust business KPI reporting and actionable insights across the FSS portfolio ie) GRS, AS, STP, FAS, CAS

Build a data analytics framework to evolve FSS into a data-driven organization

Support executives and portfolio leads with insights and recommendations on business performance, and provide ongoing surveillance of emerging issues and key metrics across strategic initiatives

Thought-partner with FSS pillar leads to develop metrics and performance dashboards that provide transparent, ongoing assessment for the delivery of key programs and strategic priorities

Play an active role in transformational projects ie) Reimagine Reconciliation, CFO transformation

Explore the usage of additional data sources within EDW, EDL, or product source systems to provide further insights into the FSS portfolio

Apply predictive modeling to forecast volume trends and predict processing issues to support effective resource planning and risk mitigation in operations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have :

5+ years of experience in portfolio management, ideally in Operations and Financial Services

5+ years of experience in advanced analytics and predictive modeling

Resourcefulness and a genuine interest in problem-solving

Intellectual curiosity

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-have :

Data science background preferred
