Job Title: Uoffer Education Program Consultant Position Type: FTE - Permanent Location: Remote / Ontario Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $ 37000 - $39000 CAD Responsibilities Provide personalized career coaching based on students’ backgrounds, interests, and long-term goals.

Help students clarify career objectives and design practical pathways toward employment in the U.S.

Advise students on target industries and roles, offering both hard skills (technical, professional tools) and soft skills (communication, teamwork, leadership) development strategies.

Share up-to-date market trends, case studies, and role-specific insights.

Provide access to valuable resources to enhance students’ job search effectiveness.

Follow up regularly with students to track progress and offer continuous guidance.

Help students address challenges and adapt strategies throughout their career journey.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; 1–3+ years of relevant work experience.

Prior experience in international student career coaching, higher education, or career services is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of the U.S.

job search process, including resume writing, online applications, networking, and interviewing.

Familiarity with in-demand career fields (e.g., Finance, CS, Data, AI, SDE, MLE, BA, DA).

Excellent communication skills, patience, and a high level of responsibility.

Ability to inspire, guide, and problem-solve with students during their job search journey.

Fully remote, must be able to work across time zones as needed.

The ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin is an asset, as many of our students are native Mandarin speakers and benefit from guidance in their first language.
