ServiceTitan is seeking an exceptional Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A to join one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Southern California, backed by the best VC firms in the SaaS space.

This position will report to the Sr. Director, FP&A and will enjoy a high level of executive visibility and impact to our rapidly-growing startup.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a proven track record of providing superior financial and strategic analysis across Corporate FP&A.

You will work closely with senior management to report on the performance of our consolidated business. In this highly-visible position, you will provide timely financial insights and outlook in order to make informed and trusted decisions for our Company.

What You'll Do :

Own the financial narrative : you will be responsible for the overall financial story, external requests, GAAP vs. Non-GAAP P&L

Manage close and forecast process : You will manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and forecast processes.

Provide timely delivery of financial materials including concise but insightful commentary to drive decision making. Work closely with external reporting teams to consolidate financial reporting and provide detailed business insights.

Working within Finance : You will get exposure to a broad range of areas within the finance team. You will work closely with the finance team to develop a high level understanding of all key inputs into the P&L.

Additional areas of responsibility : compliance reporting, M&A due diligence, long range expense modeling, corporate risk adjustment, risks and opportunities, and cash management.

Be a trusted and dependable business partner : This will involve frequent interactions with the VP FP&A, CFO, Accounting, and Investor Relations teams.

You will partner with HR on projects related to company bonus and stock based compensation.

Promote thought-leadership : You will identify areas for process improvement to scale forecasting and reporting tools, procedures, and methodologies.

What You'll Need :

4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance; MBA or CPA / CFA preferred

10+ years of experience in an investment bank, private equity, hedge fund, and / or tech company in a corporate finance role, preferably at a public company.

Strong FP&A experience, preferably in SaaS.

Comfortable doing detailed systems (e.g. workday / adaptive, etc.) work to ensure accurate and scalable reporting.

Candidates are required to be highly analytical, committed, and dependable, possessing strong interpersonal communication skills.

S)he must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of curiosity, focus on generating results, and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.

Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, and be able to work effectively on her / his own.

Displays a high level of genuine curiosity about our business, asks lots of questions and displays eagerness to learn.

High aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem-solving utilizing financial modeling, including strong Excel skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $136,000 CAD - $204,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location.

In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
