Job Title- Business Analyst (Life Science / Health care Domain)

Must have
- Drive consensus for a desired future state that meets the business problem and enterprise objectives
- Be able to write SQL
- Uncover needs that business owners and end users could not articulate on their own.
- Identify the requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user's perspective.
- Appropriately documents business requirements and designs.
- Understand business process complexity and influence business requirements in support of enterprise objectives
- Help business owners communicate solution value to key stakeholders
- Provide accurate project effort estimates, including recognizing the implications of business strategy changes and engaging project stakeholders in the estimation process
- Guide solutions options and business partner decision-making to minimize the amount of project investment divergence from target architecture
- Identify opportunities for creating reusable enterprise services
- Identify the requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user's perspective
- Educate developers on a project's business context
