Design and development of middleware and integration solutions for the Justice Enhanced Integration Platform.

Translate functional specifications into tested applications using Azure and Java technologies.

Develop detailed programming specifications, user interface designs, prototypes.

Write and / or generate code, compile data-driven programs, conduct unit tests, and debug code.

Participate in creating high-quality software design and documentation for SDLC phases.

Writing and / or generating code, conducting unit tests.

Contribute to software design and SDLC documentation.

Technical Expertise :

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Java software development.

Proven expertise in Java ecosystem, including Spring Boot; experience with C#, .NET is an asset.

Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, including documentation and testing.

Skilled in WSDL / XML and SOAP-based web services.

Solid grasp of integration patterns, enterprise integration technologies, and messaging (Spring Integration).

Knowledge of data transformation techniques (mapping, normalisation, XSLT).

Experience in multithreaded programming and concurrent development.

Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server).

Experience in automated testing (unit and API tests).

Agile team experience (Scrum or Kanban).

Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines.

Strong experience developing RESTful APIs using Java.

Deep knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus).

Skilled in data transformation techniques within integration workflows.
