Overview :

We are seeking a licensed 433A Millwright Mechanic to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, and the ability to work independently while meeting safety and production standards.

Responsibilities :

• Install, align, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns involving conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, motors, bearings, and hydraulics
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Conduct equipment inspections and ensure safe operation
• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication as required
• Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams
• Follow all health, safety, and company procedures
