  • Capture and curate high-quality photos, videos, and written content that reflect day-to-day life in the Junior School

  • Work closely with faculty and staff to collect and organize content for Seesaw, email newsletters and digital platforms

  • Maintain a digital archive of media assets to support storytelling, school events, and future communications

  • Monitor and audit information across calendars, The Flash, Seesaw, email and websites to ensure consistency and accuracy

  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and IT to maintain effective communication tools and templates

  • Help create and maintain for families a centralized platform and opt-in communication channel such as WhatsApp

  • Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading engaging content for various platforms, including website news, blog posts, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials

  • Assist in developing and scheduling content for the school's social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Identify opportunities to streamline parent-facing communications and improve clarity across all touchpoints

  • Ensure all communications adhere to the school's brand guidelines, tone and messaging

  • Other job duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
