MAF5002H - CFA Level I Preparation - Fall 2026 This capstone course offers an applied approach to the topics covered in the finance courses offered in the program. The course links the learning outcomes of the MAccFin's finance courses and its industry applications, and prepares the students to be successful in the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) examinations. It integrates financial topics including statistics, economics, accounting and others into a comprehensive review of financial concepts, teaching the student evaluate the financial health of businesses in a holistic way. The course is offered at the BRIDGE where students are trained to use specialized financial software to augment this experiential learning opportunity. Scarborough Campus, .25FCE

Sessional Instructors Assistant - Fall 2026

The following positions for Sessional Instructional Assistants are available in the Department of Management Scarborough for Fall 2026 academic session.
This job is posted in accordance with CUPE 3902 Unit 3 collective agreement. It is understood that the posted position may or may not be filled at the discretion of the department. This is pursuant to Article 14 of the CUPE Local 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement. Minimum Qualifications

CFA and familiar with the CFA Exam process. CPA designation or successful completion of CFE with experience in conducting workshops in Finance, setting exams, developing marking rubrics and marking cases.

Preferred Qualifications

CFA, CPA, TA experience.

Relevant Criterion

Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position.

Duties

Conduct workshops. Prepare exams and marking rubrics, marking and providing detailed comments (both oral and written) to students on case assignments, conducting quizzes and exams, and recording the grades. Provide detailed feedback of student's performance and learning strategies to students.
