Unlike many compliance positions, this role combines strategic influence with hands-on ownership of key ethics and compliance programs.The Role: Global Ethics & Compliance Lead
In this role, you will spend most of your time leading ethics and compliance initiatives, conducting investigations, developing policies and governance frameworks, monitoring regulatory requirements, and supporting risk management activities. You will work closely with business leaders, legal, HR, audit, and operational teams to strengthen compliance practices and deliver outcomes related to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and organizational risk management. This role balances strategic program leadership with day-to-day advisory and investigative responsibilities.What You'll Bring
