  • Oversee the configuration, integration, and optimization of security technology systems to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment with enterprise architecture.

  • Leverage AI and advanced video analytics capabilities to optimize security workflows, enable proactive threat detection, and generate actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions.

  • Monitor emerging physical security technologies (drone detection systems, security robotics, frontier AI applications) and evaluate opportunities to enhance our security posture and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Lines of Business, Facilities, IT, Corporate Security Management, Investigative teams) and external partners to design solutions that address emerging security threats and operational needs.

  • Monitor system performance, security controls, and technology processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise policies.

  • Manage metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to demonstrate program effectiveness and ROI.

  • Conduct technology reviews and provide strategic guidance on security system improvements and operational enhancements

What do you need to succeed?

  • Understanding of system hardening, certificate management, and HTTP concepts
  • Technical proficiency with physical security technology platforms and enterprise systems; strong understanding of system architecture, integration, and lifecycle management.

  • Vendor management: Experience establishing standards, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing third-party installations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Solid understanding of security risk mitigation strategies and ability to translate technology solutions into practical, sustainable implementations

  • Experience conducting technology reviews, and delivering recommendations for improving security systems and operational performance across the physical security infrastructure

  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact

  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
