Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and tracking the approval and execution process
• Manage and maintain contracts database
• Run the whole life cycle of company contracts, from initial request to final signature and contract distribution
• Implement company contract execution policy and procedures
• Deploy both internal and external requests for status of contracts
• Compromise with clients on terms of agreements
• Review contracts to ensure completeness
• Develop precise contractual provisions and administering contract proposals
• Handle contract execution processes
• Enter contract details into company database
• Pull reports from the contracts database on an as-needed basis
