Job description
Become Splitsville's strategic Head of Marketing and take charge of brand growth and impactful campaign execution. Drive measurable results through innovative marketing strategies. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing the national marketing strategy that aligns with Splitsville’s business objectives. You will lead campaigns from conception through delivery and ensure that all creative assets meet brand standards. This role offers the opportunity to monitor and report on campaign effectiveness while adjusting strategies for optimal results. Key Responsibilities: • Set and manage the marketing calendar for campaigns • Lead integrated campaign delivery across key channels • Maintain brand integrity and campaign consistency • Collaborate with teams for comprehensive campaign strategy • Oversee reporting on marketing performance metrics Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications • Senior marketing leadership experience • Demonstrated ability to drive brand growth • Experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus • Strong communication and organizational skills Take the lead at Splitsville to innovate marketing strategies and deliver impressive brand results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
