As Director of FP&A - Operations, you are the finance leader for the teams that help prepare every Opendoor home for sale to a new family. You partner directly with senior operators across Acquisition Operations, Home Sale Prep, and Resale, and you own the P&L, capacity, and unit economics they are accountable to.
This is a hands‑on financial engineering role. You have a history in FP&A and the capacity and technical skill set to drive complex AI workflows and automation to deliver real time insights to decision makers.
This role is based in our downtown Toronto office, in-person four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). Candidates must be based within commuting distance of the office.
