This is a part-time position commencing in September 2026. The hours of work are a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours per dutiesDesigning and leading a variety of dry-land and aqua group fitness classes geared to various participant skill levels; ensuring proper technique and safety including choreography music and use of equipment; providing modifications to accommodate different abilities and fitness goals; motivating and engaging participants to create a positive and inclusive workout clean and organized program spaces including storage areas; completing safe set-ups take-downs and proper use of fitness equipment; being fully aware while on duty and ready to respond to class participation and completing attendance each class; addressing safety concerns and reporting all accidents and incidents to immediate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain required duties as some secondary First Aid with CPR-C & AED from an accredited Fitness Instructor from an accredited organization such as Canadian Aquafitness Leaders Alliance Can Fit Pro YMCA Ontario Fitness one (1) year experience as a Fitness to design and choreograph fitness clearly and effectively with participants and team instructions accurately and excellent customer Range: $27.89 to $32.64 Band 4 on the Towns 2026 Pay note:Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check including a vulnerable sector check as permitted under Ontarios Police Record Checks Reform Act and in accordance with the duties of the candidates are invited to apply no later than 4 p.m. on July 13 2026.
