Reporting into the Project Manager, the Technical Lead is responsible for supporting and driving the precise technical delivery of the Pape SOE Project. The role works closely with designers, subcontractors, and the client, leading the delivery of complex Support of Excavation (SOE), underpinning, and temporary works across multiple zones while managing a team of technical coordinators.
Base Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 per year (dependent on experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations). Annual performance‑based bonus. Comprehensive group benefits program. Retirement savings program. Career growth and advancement opportunities.
