Job description
Join our team as a Store Manager, where you'll lead staffing and operational initiatives with a focus on customer engagement and brand excellence. Your leadership will shape the store experience. As a Store Manager, you will drive all store operations, including training and retaining both part-time and full-time associates. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to brand presentation standards is vital. Your responsibilities will cover coach assessments, inventory oversight, and maintaining operational procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Direct all salesfloor and stockroom operations for customer satisfaction • Mentor staff to increase product knowledge and sales effectiveness • Ensure visual displays conform to brand guidelines • Handle recruitment, hiring, and training for all associates • Manage scheduling and payroll tasks effectively Requirements: • Past experience in retail management required • Skills in inventory control and replenishment strategies • Ability to analyze reports for informed decision-making • Familiarity with store maintenance and security measures • Passion for embodying brand culture and values Enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency as the Store Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
