Bid13 is an online storage auction platform connecting buyers with storage facilities across Canada. We operate in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment where customer experience, responsiveness, and system reliability are critical.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative to support both our customers and internal Sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, and supporting both customers and internal teams in a dynamic environment.
The Role
As a Customer Service & Technical Support Representative, you’ll act as a key partner to our Sales team while serving as a frontline resource for customer and technical inquiries.
You’ll handle customer communication, support platform-related issues, and ensure our systems and data are accurate and running smoothly. This role blends customer service, sales support, and hands-on technical troubleshooting.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly understand and navigate systems.
