Job descriptionJob Requisition ID # 25WD92755## Position Overview ## Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple technical programs from inception through completion Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, dependency managament, and risk management Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to define program goals and deliverables Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team Stay informed on AI-driven tools and technologies, and explore opportunities to leverage them for program efficiency and innovation## Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 7+ experience working directly with engineering teams on complex initiatives involving multiple teams using Agile methodologies 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects Demonstrable knowledge of systems / cloud services and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Foundational understanding or demonstrated curiosity about AI technologies and their application in program management## Preferred Qualifications Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to drive alignment and execution across multiple teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels Deep understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus Experience with AI tools, data-driven decision-making, or a strong interest in developing AI literacy within technical programs Learn More / Plus d'information About Autodesk / À propos d’Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk! Experience or curiosity in AI tools and emerging technologies is highly valued. This role can be based out of Toronto or Montreal in a hybrid mode (1-2 times per week in the office).
