What you’ll be doing

Team Leadership :

Provide strategic leadership to the Therapy Team of +80 mental health practitioners across Canada, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operational Oversight :

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient delivery of therapy services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize overall organizational efficiency.

Resource Management :

Manage the allocation of resources, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, to support the Therapy Team's objectives.

Quality Assurance :

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback, industry best practices, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and ensure the 24h access to Dialogue mental health services by optimizing our operations and processes

Client Relations :

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to enhance client relations and identify opportunities for service expansion.
  • Audit and improve the patient experience through continuous feedback to develop our scope of practice

We'd love to hear from you if you have :

  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Experience within healthcare or therapy services industry (Asset)
