Operations Manager
Since 2008, Senior Care Therapy (SCT) has provided in-person psychotherapy services to our senior population in a subacute, long term care, and assisted living setting.
We are a "CLINICIAN owned and operated" company currently serving over 10,000 residents in NJ, NY, and PA. SCT has recently expanded our services into Home Care Telehealth.
The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
