Reporting to the Intern Coordinator, this highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in comedy, will be responsible for providing programming content, production and administrative support.
Key Accountabilities
- Ingest new material from CDs
- Assist with field recording of stand-up comedy around the Toronto area
- Maintain metadata and database
- Assist with coordination of guest interviews including booking studio time, conducting artist research, taking video and still pictures
- Research and update artist information for use on social media sites
- Assist in the production of short program features for the channel as required
- Edit and upload video and photos to various SiriusXM online properties
Qualification and Skill Requirements
Actively enrolled in a Radio Communications Program or has successfully completed the program and is acquiring the required co-op creditsMust commit to the schedule provided for the duration of the term with flexibility to work 2 full days per week during scheduled times within 8 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM, Monday – Friday.
