Automotive Collision Technician (Flat Rate Pay)About CSN Garyray

What You'll Do

Complete structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicles using OEM and I-CAR standards
Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for body and frame repairs
Weld, repair, and replace panels, bumpers, and other body components
Work with estimators and painters to ensure workflow efficiency
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Use shop software and tools to document and complete repairs

Requirements

Who You Are

Licensed 310B Auto Body Repair Technician or registered apprentice

2+ years of experience in collision repair

Comfortable with structural repairs, welding, and aluminum work

Detail-oriented and focused on quality

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Team player with a strong work ethic

Flat rate pay system based on billed hours ($28–$40+ / hr potential)

Weekly guaranteed earnings of $1,500 when flagged hours fall short
