Overview

Tax Director | Public Accounting Firm | $170,000–$200,000 | Toronto | Hybrid

You already know what the Director title means. It means you run the clients. You manage the team. You’re the one partners lean on when deadlines close in.

This firm is different. They’re medium-sized, which means less bureaucracy, fewer layers, and more room to influence. At Director level here, you’re not just keeping the machine running; you’re shaping how it grows, you’re involved in strategy, and the conversation about Partnership is clear — not a moving target.

If you’re already a Director and want to do more than grind through another busy season waiting for someone else to decide your future, this is the chance to step into a role where your impact is recognised.

What’s on offer

• Salary between $170k and $200k
• Hybrid working — three days in office, two at home
• A direct voice in shaping the firm’s direction
• Genuine Partner track, not lip service
• A culture where your ideas get acted on, not parked

What they’re looking for

• Proven leadership and client-building skills
• Someone who wants more than maintenance mode

You’ve already put in the years to get here. Don’t let the next step be another waiting game.
