Responsibilities

  • Collect, prepare, update, and maintain internal and external 3rd party databases with Customer Pre-qualification data, insurance certificates, programs and required information for successful customer EHS approval.
  • Collect, update, and maintain internal and external databases with contractor management data and documents to meet requirements for GE Contractor Management.
  • Support the transition of legacy Alstom P&Ls, GE acquisitions, divestitures and business changes with Customer Prequalification and Contractor Management data and processes.
  • Support the development, testing and implementation of new processes and tools for Customer and Contractor Pre-qualification.
  • Standardize, revise and document procedures for Customer and Contractor Pre-qualification.
  • Coordinate quick resolution of issues and questions related to Customer or Contractor Pre-qualification, and provide support to Businesses EHS Leads.
  • Maintain reports using digital tools and processes as part of the Customer pre-qualification data package and Contractor databases.
  • Maintain the EHS portal / Support Central, database and repository with required documentation.
  • Develop training materials on Customer Pre-Qualification and Contractor Management and deliver training to business EHS leaders and regional leaders on Advanced Preparation tools and processes.
  • Partner with GE businesses across the globe to deliver standardization, simplification, and consistency in executing COE model and process.
  • Other activities not limited to the above ones as assigned by GE manager to support the COE operations.
  • Mobile automation testing across Android and iOS platforms; strong exposure to database validation.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman and Swagger.
  • Experience in functional testing of front-end (Mobile, Web, Native and Hybrid) and back-end (Database, API, etc.).
  • Experience in web and mobile automation with framework creation; Appium skills desired.
  • Experience in problem-solving methods and in creating testing documentation — Test planning, Traceability Matrix, and Test Scripts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in mobile and API testing, automation, and related tooling.
  • Strong understanding of EHS pre-qualification processes and contractor management data.
  • Ability to develop training materials and deliver training to leadership and regional teams.
  • Excellent documentation, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Location and Compensation
