A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Licensed Insurance Agent - Desjardins Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities :
- Develop leads, identify customer needs and sell appropriate home and auto insurance solutions
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries in the areas of coverage, claims and billing
- Complete policy updates and changes
- Work with the agent to establish and meet personal and office goals
Requirements :
- OTL or RIBO license required
- Outside sales or service experience
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
