Junior Sales Representative (Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services)

Job Summary

Responsibilities : As an Outside HVAC Sales Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our HVAC service business in the London Branch. You’ll initiate, establish, and build profitable service relationships with new customers, with a primary focus on selling preventative maintenance agreements.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Identifying, targeting, and qualifying prospective new customers through disciplined and professional processes.
  • Conducting sales calls to understand customers’ needs and propose innovative HVAC solutions.
  • Developing territory marketing plans and attending industry events to expand business opportunities.
  • Representing our company with pride, integrity, and performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

What We Look For : Required :

  • 2-3 years of progressive technical commercial service sales experience to large multi-site building owners
  • Strong Microsoft Office and CRM experience
  • Strong value selling capability
  • Experience selling an intangible service
  • Preferred :

  • Strong technical acumen with a keen eye for detail
  • Impressive ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and industry standards
  • Bonus Qualifications :

  • Experience selling services / preventative maintenance contracts within the commercial HVAC sector
  • Familiarity with building HVAC systems
  • Post-secondary education
  • Experience selling services to the Property Management or Facilities Maintenance sectors
