Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with a specialized focus on Education Cloud to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building student-centric solutions and can bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and seamless user experiences.

While this is a primarily remote position, you should be within commuting distance of Oakville for occasional strategy sessions and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development : Design, code, and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Education Cloud Optimization : Configure and customize Education Data Architecture (EDA) and Admissions / Recruitment modules to streamline the student lifecycle.
• Integrations : Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and third-party academic systems (SIS, LMS, etc.).
• Declarative Solutions : Leverage Flows and Process Builder (where applicable) to automate complex business logic without over-engineering.
• Collaboration : Participate in sprint planning and technical reviews, providing expertise on Education Cloud best practices.
