Short Summary
The Reservations Agent is responsible for greeting, booking and executing all dining reservations and special requests in all food outlets. They are to provide extraordinary service and information on all CN Tower Food and Beverage products and services. They also need to be informed of all other CN Tower products services and be up to date in regards to venues/events within the City of Toronto as per CN Tower standards. They must possess a positive and upbeat personality and work towards enhancing the guest experience while they are dining in 360 Restaurant, VUE Bistros or other event.

Interacts with employees, management and the public at large.Ability to stand or walk for long periods of the day.Noisy and fast-paced environment.Excellent guest services skills with an ability to recommend the CN Tower products.Flexible to work rotating shifts, which includes but is not limited to evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.Department uniforms are provided to protect personal clothing from wear and damage. Approved uniforms are to be worn during working hours. Dress codes are in effect as per the standard policy and procedure.Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.Compensation & Benefits Rate of Pay: $22.08 - 95% of rateBenefits: Employee Family Assistance Program, Complimentary CN Tower tickets after 3 months, Food and Retail discounts, Uniform provided and laundered
