Mission

T he Business Development Contractor's objective is to generate qualified referrals from healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to potential clients who need home care solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and develop trusted referral relationships with targeted healthcare professionals and community organizations to generate qualified client referrals.

Represent the companys value proposition clearly and credibly through in-person visits, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management.

Track, report, and optimize business development activities and outcomes to ensure measurable growth aligned with agreed performance objectives.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in relationship-driven business development, preferably within healthcare, home care, or referral-based professional services.

Strong credibility and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with clinicians, administrators, and community stakeholders.

Proven self-direction and accountability, including the ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and deliver measurable results without close supervision.

This is a remote position.
