Responsibilities
Basic forecasting and business analysisProcessing service concerns within the first yearCoordinate service calls for furniture and appliancesRespond to customer inquiries and offer solutionsProcess sales order confirmations for builders and large contractsCo‑ordinate product reservations and deliveries for large contractsOrganizing builder / special project deliveriesConsistently follow up with customers on the progress of customer service related issuesOther duties as assigned periodicallyQualifications
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 5 years customer service or sales experienceExcellent telephone mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong working knowledge of MS Office programs
