Production supervisor

Randstad Canada is looking for a bilingual evening Production team supervisor for a warehouse located in Royal Mount. This person will be present on the floor with the employees.

He / she will supervise, manage production and support employees. Versatility is therefore a highly considerable quality.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 7h to 3h30pm

Salary 25$ / h

Note that this is a contract of around 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

The Production team supervisor will, among other things :

• Plan the evening's schedule
• Ensure that employees are present and punctual
• Ensure that employees understand their tasks
• Ensure production deadlines are met
• Adopt a positive and motivating attitude
• Ensure that employees perform to defined standards
• Train new employees

Qualifications

Skills expected of an excellent Production team supervisor :

• Warehouse or industrial experience
• Experience in personnel management
• English-French BILINGUAL MANDATORY
• Ability to spend shift standing or walking
• Ability to manage a work team
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull
• Detail-oriented
• Manage priorities
• Able to handle pressure
