JOB SUMMARY :
Lantic is currently recruiting for the position of Information Technology Business Analysts based at our Montreal facility. The position reports to the Manager, Enterprise Applications. The ITBA is a professional who is experienced with one or more major enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, proficient with business / manufacturing applications and technologies, and curious about and able to establish technology solutions for the benefit of business partners and the organization.
The successful candidates are service-oriented and will effectively leverage their professional relationships, experience, and knowledge to provide business value. As technology experts, they will troubleshoot and learn / explore modern technology solutions to resolve business issues and meet business objectives. As analysts, they will assess / analyse and recommend efficient technology solutions. As business partners, they will work closely with non-technical professionals, understand business processes, and implement (applications, data, process) solutions, individually or as part of a project team.
The ITBAs will conduct and manage their work in a professional, organized manner - utilizing project management and other common technology frameworks / methodologies (ITIL, ITSM, Agile).
