DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES (AND DUTIES) :

• A host / hostess presents the first positive impression of VIP Valet’s level of customer service to our clients.
• The person in this position will greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive friendly hand-off .
• The host / hostess should have a fun and smart disposition and must be able to carry natural conversations with clients.
• Responding to inquiries and concerns is an important aspect of the job.
• This person must be able to use visual clues to anticipate the needs of our clients.
• Keeping situations calm and under control during busy periods is essential.
• Our host / hostess must understand and present extraordinary customer service skills.
