Responsibilities
- Comply with and enforce RMD’s Quality and Safety policies and procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day company operations; maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations.
- Work with other executive employees to develop an appropriate budget and financial plan.
- Verify customer prices, communicate changes, and increase quality of customer experience.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of the company in meeting objectives and profitability goals.
- Find strategies to improve and maximise quality, productivity, and performance.
- Maintain communication with third-party suppliers, vendors, and RMD department managers to ensure that parts and services are correct and on time.
