Waxkitty™ is a Toronto’s professional hair‑removal service provider & specializing in sugaring, waxing, and laser hair removal.
We’re a rapidly growing studio where focus is on high quality client service & creating a team of talented professionals.
Description:
- Position: Sugaring & Waxing hair removal aesthetician.
- Part-Time positions available.
- Availability: 20 hours or more (*NOTE: Saturday 10 hours is a mandatory for this Job, Rest days can be Friday, Wednesday or Sunday)
- Must be comfortable performing services on male and female clientele (male below the belt services optional).
- Salary: $18.25 - $22 / hour (commensurate with experience).
- Plus, Great tips: ($7 - $15 / hour on average).
Total Average Compensation: Hourly pay + service commission + retail commission + laser sale and service commission + tips (Averages between $26 - $37 per hour).
Responsibilities:
- Full Body waxing, sugaring & laser hair removal (and/or eyebrow tinting and shaping, and is comfortable waxing anyone considered a HUGE asset!).
- Product, membership sales.
- Building a Clientele.
- Weekly one on one results meeting with your store Manager.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space.
Requirements:
- A valid aesthetician license.
- Experience in sugaring and waxing is must.
- Experience with laser hair removal along with a valid certificate is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Benefits:
- Flexible schedule.
- Commission on product sales (5% Commission).
- Commission on membership sales (5% Commission).
- 10% Commission on performing laser hair removal services.
- Yearly Bonus based on revenue generated (Approx. $2000 / year).

Job Type:
- Part-time, Permanent, Full-Time, Evening or Weekends.
Expected hours:
- 20-40 hours per week.
Expected start date:
- ASAP.
Schedule:
- 10/11 hour shift.
- 4/6 hour shift.
- 8 hour shift.
- Evening shift.
- Every Weekend.
- Monday to Friday.
- On call.
- Weekends as needed.
- Weekends only.
Experience:
- Sugaring or Waxing Hair removal: 1 year (preferred).
Licence/Certification:
- Esthetician certificate (from a Canadian institution) (required).
Work Location: In person.
