Role Overview :

As an HCM Extracts developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring HCM / ERP extracts to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to work independently, become a subject matter expert, participate actively in team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Implement best practices in application design and development to enhance performance and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve application development processes.
• Develop and provide technical support for Oracle HCM / ERP integrations, extensions, and reports.
• This role is based in our Local ATCs (Montreal / Toronto) and requires on-site work 2-3 days per week.
