Position : Maintenance Technician (Full-Time, Permanent) Location : West Point Grey, Vancouver, British Columbia Start Date : ASAP About Us Tribe Management is part of the Tribe Property Technologies family.

Together we are the sixth largest strata / condo and rental management company in Canada with offices in downtown Vancouver, Delta, Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops, Calgary and Cambridge.

Our Tribe Management division specializes in strata and rental management services. We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residential & mixed-use properties in our portfolio.

Responsibilities Reporting to the building management team, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance duties at a residential property which includes but is not limited to : Minor appliance repair and fixture installation Minor heating and plumbing repairs Minor repair of electrical systems Other repairs such as basic carpentry, drywall patching, and painting Inspection of common areas and premises Communication with contractors, the property management team and other parties, as required (i.

e., email, phone, etc.) Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess : Two (2) years’ experience with building operational systems (i.

e., drywall repairs, general maintenance, mechanical, electrical and plumbing preferred) Self-motivated with the ability to follow direction and work without supervision A professional and service-oriented mindset Excellent communication / computer skills;
