Reporting to the Director of Retail Stores, the Regional Manager is responsible for achieving the company's sales and profitability targets within a designated district. This role serves as a Brand Ambassador, providing leadership, support, and direction to Retail Store Management teams to ensure an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement district-specific plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Coach and motivate store teams to drive performance and achieve business objectives
• Analyze data, provide business updates, and present findings to key stakeholders
• Oversee merchandising initiatives and promotional activities to maintain brand presentation standards
• Model exemplary customer service behaviors and establish service guidelines
• Ensure compliance with operational activities, including administration, health and safety, and store processes
• Act as a resource to Retail Store Managers for product information, merchandising, and operations
• Support new store openings, renovations, and closures, ensuring smooth transitions
• Recruit, train, and develop store teams to foster engagement and growth
• Drive accountability with store management on sales goals and budget management
• Address performance concerns within the district and partner with Human Resources on employee relations matters
• Travel up to 80% of the time during peak seasons, spending 75% of time in stores
