Work Schedule

Home once or twice a week and at least part of the weekend.

Travel covers Ontario, New York, Michigan, etc. (ON-NY, ON-MD, ON-FL, ON-GA, ON-WI, ON-MI, ON-MO, ON-KY, ON-QC)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years driving experience
• Cross border driving experience
• At least 1 year of tanker, dry bulk or flatbed experience

Pay & Mileage

$3,500 base pay. Sign‑on bonus included.

Loaded Miles: 1.58 + Fuel Surcharge miles (based on PC Miler Practical Route)

Empty Miles: 1.32 + Fuel Surcharge miles (based on PC Miler Practical Route)

Company Paid Benefits

• Detention after 2 hours at customer $45.17/hour
• Hourly work within 100 miles of terminal $58.32/hour
• Layovers – $275 after a clear 24‑hour break (does not include reset hours)
• IRP Plates – 50%
• Tank Wash – Flat rate $45.17
• On‑time unloading / delivery of load – $22.00
• Benefit package, workers compensation, company‑authorized toll roads, border crossings, heavy vehicle use tax, all required permits, pump or compressor if required, truck decals and e‑log equipment

Owner Operator Paid Deductions

• Holdback $3,000 – deducted at $50.00 per week

• Insurance – 7.5% gross revenue (5.5% after 1 year accident‑free)
• Emission testing
• PTO & Drive shaft – if required (PTO 1200 output)
• Must ensure 5th wheel is correct height based on vehicle weight: MT weight 16,000‑17,000 = 48", 18,000 = 49", 19,000 = 50", 20,000 = 52"

Vehicles must pass a GBT road test and inspection. GBT requires copies of all maintenance records completed at off‑site locations.
