Robert Half is currently working with a client seeking a Sr. Director, Corporate Finance. As part of the management team, the Sr. Director, Corporate Finance must have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, and communication skills. This may be the role for you if you are an experienced Sr. Director, Corporate Finance looking for a challenging role at an established company.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Guide the strategic direction of the operational accounting team
• Lead transformation activities relating to department processes and procedures and suggest improvements
• Conduct final sign off of financial reporting packages sent to parent company
• Oversee tax and treasury functions, and suggest any opportunities for improvement
• Decide on benchmarks for comparing the operating and financial performance
• Manage the operating procedures of the department
• Hire and train employees, especially finance staff, and manage retention
• Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives
