Required Skill Set :

• Experience : Good years in Salesforce Development, Good years in dev lead / architect.
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver scalable solutions on Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, other Salesforce platforms.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
• Own technical design, architecture, and best practices.
• Manage code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards.
• Support and mentor junior developers.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Experience with integrations.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II (required)
• Experience with CI / CD tools.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
