Job Description
- Act as the focal point of contact for customer engineering
- Establish clear priority to the technical specialist
- Prepare, and present the LRU reliability data
- Act as the coordinator to determine the need for investigation for the reported field events
- Lead effectively the investigation of LRU unplanned removal for root cause and corrective action plan
- Reviewing supplier data, identifying gaps and come up with an action plan
- Meet the target dates for component maintenance manual) review, validation, and approve
- Provide the required support to engineering changes, overhaul shop, and quality
